Shipping policy

FOR ORDERS OVER $99.99 SHIPPING WITHIN THE US, SHIPPING IS FREE.

FOR ORDERS $99.00 AND UNDER SHIPPING WITHIN THE US, SHIPPING IS A $7.99 FLAT RATE 

Orders are typically filled within 1-2 business days of the order being placed.  If we foresee a delay, we will make every effort to contact you. Return Item Shipping: If you are unsatisfied with your purchase from SKORZIE for any reason, you may return it in its original condition within 14 days for a full refund of the purchase price, less the cost of return shipping. In order to keep our prices low (and pass the savings to you)  we cannot pay for return shipping costs. This excludes items that arrive damaged, defective, or not as described. Please refer to our Return Policy.

ORDERS SHIPPING WITHIN THE UNITED STATES

Once shipped, your order will be delivered in 3-8 business days. Packages may be delivered by a variety of shipping companies including USPS, Fed-Ex, UPS or DHS. Shipments to PO Boxes will always ship USPS. Note: Shipping for Hawaii, Alaska, APO/FPO/DPO, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands and Guam may take up to 6 weeks in some cases. Tracking information is available for these orders.

 

EXPEDITED SHIPPING WITHIN THE UNITED STATES:

FLAT RATE OF $16.00

Once shipped, your package will be delivered in 1-3 business days. Orders are typically fulfilled within 1-2 business days of the order being placed and are shipped via FedEx SmartPost or USPS 2-Day Priority. During times of high order volume, order fulfillment may be further delayed. If it is significantly delayed, we will make every effort to alert you of this delay. Overnight shipping may be arranged (but not guaranteed) at an additional cost that we will be calculated if you contact us directly during business hours at (480) 659-9977 or info@skorzie.com.   If you have placed your order online and want to speed up the shipping process, then give us a try and we will do our best to accommodate.

 

ORDERS SHIPPING TO CANADA OR INTERNATIONAL

Canadian orders will be calculated at the time you place your online order and are inclusive of taxes, duties and broker fees. Although we make every attempt to have your package delivered within 5 days, unfortunately, delivery time may take 2 weeks or more due to factors outside of our control.
