Refund policy

We hope that you love all the items you purchase from Skorzie, but we know that sometimes an item just doesn't work out! Skorzie has a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return in order to receive a refund. NOTE: Holiday Shoppers: Items purchased between December 1 and December 25 may return their items through January 14.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with tags. If you purchased your item at our warehouse, you will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Because our prices are so low, we are not able to absorb return shipping costs and you will receive credit back for your returned item(s), less the return shipping cost. 

Additional exceptions / non-returnable items: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on clearance items priced less than $25, or gift cards. 

International Orders (Non-USA Orders): Unfortunately,  we cannot provide return shipping labels for International orders. If you have an eligible item that you would like to exchange or return, you will need to arrange the shipping of your returned item(s) to Skorzie. Please note "Return Shipment" on your parcel so that additional duties/taxes are not assessed when re-entering the USA.

To start a return: Click "Easy Returns" at the footer of the Skorzie homepage, or email us at info@skorzie.com.  A return shipping label will be emailed to you within 2 business days of contacting us. Damages and issues: Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges: The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and make a separate purchase for the new item. However, if you wish for us to exchange an item without purchasing a replacement right away, please call us at (480) 659-9977, or email us at: info@skorzie.com, or chat with us from the Skorzie website. Give us your order number and the size and item description you would like to exchange for.  It the item is in stock, we will hold that item for you for 7 days.  Once we receive your returned item, we will ship the exchanged merchandise free of charge after you pay or receive credit for any price difference along with the return shipping fee.  We want you to be 100% satisfied with our Services. If you are less than satisfied, please contact us so that we can help you resolve the issue.

European Union 14 day cooling off period: Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds: We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
