- Skorzie has a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
- Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with tags.
- Because our prices are so low, we are not able to absorb return shipping costs and you will receive credit back for your returned item(s), less the return shipping cost.
- Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on clearance items, or gift cards.

Damages and issues: Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Exchanges: The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and make a separate purchase for the new item. However, if you wish for us to exchange an item without purchasing a replacement right away, please call us at (480) 659-9977, or email us at: email@example.com, or chat with us from the Skorzie website, or use the contact form below. Provide your order number and the size and item description you would like to exchange for. If the item is in stock, we will hold that item for you for 7 days. Once we receive your returned item, we will ship the exchanged merchandise free of charge after you pay or receive credit for any price difference along with the return shipping fee.
