Except as otherwise stated, you have 14 days after receiving your order to decide if you want to keep or return your items. Returned items will be credited back to you for the full amount of the purchase price in the refund method you choose, either in the form of SKORZIE online shopping credit or in your original form of payment. Items purchased with SKORZIE shopping credit will always be refunded back as shopping credit. Original shipping charges will not be credited or refunded when returning items.
Please note that we will only offer credit or a refund for items if they are returned to SKORZIE on a timely basis (within 14 days or receipt of item/s) and are in the same condition in which you received them. Tags must remain on the item. If you do not meet these requirements, your returned item will be forfeited.
Final sale, blowout, and clearance items are non-returnable
Because our prices are so low, we are not able to absorb return shipping costs and you will be responsible for sending items back to us. Ship returned items, along with a copy of your packing receipt to:

If you wish to exchange an item, please call us at (480) 659-9977, or email us at: firstname.lastname@example.org, and give us your order number and the size and product description and SKU you would like to exchange for. We will hold that product for you for 7 days. Once we receive your returned item, we will ship the exchanged merchandise free of charge after you pay or receive credit for any price difference. Because our prices are so low, we do not cover the cost of shipping returned or exchanged items back to Skorzie. We want you to be 100% satisfied with our Services.
